Our "Philosophy of Care" is Designed to Set and Exceed Standards in Patient Care

Core to everything we do, following the holistic Valor PatientCaretm program, individualized plans are developed, managed and utilized to treat each patient's and family's special needs. In fact, our patients are involved with the plans that we design with them.

The patient's doctor, along with the Valor team, the patient and Medical Director, will determine the initial course of treatment and review the plan regularly in order to assure that the patient's changing needs are met. In addition to regular home visits by a nurse the following additional services for the hospice diagnosis are provided:

Communicating with Persons of Limited English Proficiency & Communicating Information to Persons with Sensory Impairments

We meet and exceed federal and state guidelines for interpretations and communication service programs. Currently, we have staff members who fluently speak Spanish, French, German and American Sign Language.
